Transferring Certification Process
High school students who are transferring from the public, private, Military Culture and UNRWA schools:
The certificates shall be certified by the district that the transferring student’s school is affiliated to and Al-Jam’a district that Mayar International Schools is affiliated to.
New Foreign Students
The students’ certificated should be certified from the countries they studied in and by the following entities:
*The Ministry of Education of the student’s former country
* The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the student’s former country
* The Jordanian Embassy located in their former country
The certificates should be also certified in Jordan by the following entities:
*The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
* The Jordanian Ministry of Education / Department of Examinations where the admission official letter should be issued
The students who are transferring from USA
The certificates should be certified by:
• Amid East
* The Jordanian Ministry of Education / Department of Examinations where the admission official letter should be issued
Kindly note that the admission and students’ affairs department will not register the students who do not submit all the documents
Important notes for the foreign students
- The students (from grade 2 to 12) who could not submit the documents during the registration period will take an admission official letter to be given to the Private Schools Directorate located in Jabal Al-Hussain where they are given an additional period of six weeks issued by the Jordanian Directorate of Private Education in order to submit all the documents certified duly.
- Grade 12 students are excluded from submitting the previously mentioned documents. Instead, they should submit their certificate before the deadline from the Private Schools Directorate. Otherwise, their admission will be no longer valid.
