Training and Development Department in Mayar International Schools
Education has become a very sensitive field where it can be easily affected by the worldwide changes. Therefore, keeping pace with this development is essential especially that the technological revolution has created many challenges to the educational process and to the teachers in particular.
Mayar has recognized these challenges and has set a well-organized plan, in collaboration with the Training and Development Department, in order to face these challenges properly. The department’s work is based on preparing professional development sessions where they organize it during the Annual Professional Development Course which mainly includes:

An introductory meeting where the new teachers get to know each other as they are introduced to the school’s policy, vision, mission and objectives.

A variety of meeting sessions with the teachers in order to clarify the terms of the teacher’s manual.

Oriented lectures related to the educational process given by specialized educators.
