In an inspiring educational atmosphere that brought together dialogue, leadership, and global engagement, Mayar International Schools successfully hosted the
7th Mayar Model United Nations (MUN) 2026,
held at the Dead Sea, with the participation of students from both the Boys’ and Girls’ Sections, and hosted at the Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa and Crowne Plaza Dead Sea.
During the conference, students assumed the roles of diplomats and decision-makers, engaging in thoughtful discussions on contemporary global issues through simulated United Nations committees. The experience enabled students to strengthen key skills such as critical thinking, leadership, collaboration, public speaking, and respectful debate.
The conference was held in the presence of Mayar International Schools’ senior academic leadership,
headed by Dr. Nadia Kharbat, General Director,
highlighting the school’s strong commitment to supporting high-quality educational initiatives and empowering students to develop leadership and global citizenship skills.
This year’s edition stood out for its high level of organization, strong student engagement, and continuous academic and pastoral support provided by teachers and supervisors, creating a meaningful learning experience that connected theory with real-world practice.
The conference reflects Mayar International Schools’ vision of preparing responsible, confident students who are locally grounded and globally minded.
7th Mayar MUN 2026 was not just a conference,
but an inspiring leadership journey and a significant milestone in Mayar students’ path toward excellence and global impact.
